Which heart rate monitors are supported?

ZoneLock works with any Bluetooth LE chest strap that uses the standard heart rate profile, including Polar H9, Polar H10, Wahoo TICKR, and Garmin HRM-Pro.

Does ZoneLock work with Apple Watch?

Apple Watch heart rate is not supported in this version. A Bluetooth chest strap is required.

Why does the app need to stay open during a session?

ZoneLock reads heart rate data in real time via Bluetooth. The app must remain in the foreground to maintain the connection and deliver alerts during your session.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap the account icon on the session setup screen, and select Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately.
