- Workout and heart rate data synchronized through cloud services

- Estimated maximum heart rate values

2. HEALTH-RELATED DATA
Heart rate information and related fitness metrics may be considered health-related information.
ZoneLock collects and processes this information solely for fitness and training functionality.
ZoneLock is not intended for medical use.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information may be used to:
- Display live heart rate information
- Calculate training zones
- Generate workout metrics
- Support the effort-test feature
- Improve app functionality
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain app security
4. APPLE HEALTH AND HEALTHKIT
If you choose to connect Apple Health or HealthKit:
- Data is accessed only with your permission.
- Data is used solely to provide requested app functionality.
- HealthKit information is not used for advertising.
- HealthKit information is not sold to third parties.
You may revoke Health permissions at any time through Apple settings.
5. DATA STORAGE
Information may be stored:
- On your device;
- Within your Apple account if iCloud synchronization is enabled; and/or
- On service providers used to support app functionality.
Data storage methods may change as the App evolves.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ZoneLock may use third-party providers for services such as:
- Analytics
- Crash reporting
- Subscription management
- Cloud storage
- Infrastructure support
These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.
7. DATA SHARING
ZoneLock does not sell health-related information.
Information may be shared:
- With service providers acting on our behalf;
- When required by law;
- To protect legal rights, safety, or security.
8. DATA RETENTION
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information involved.

11. AGE REQUIREMENTS
ZoneLock is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age.
Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account, access, or use the App.
If we become aware that an account has been created by a user under the age of 13, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete associated information as permitted by applicable law.
The ZoneLock Effort Test feature is subject to additional age restrictions. Access to and participation in the Effort Test feature is limited to users who are at least 18 years of age.
ZoneLock uses an age-confirmation process before allowing access to the Effort Test feature. If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 has accessed or participated in the Effort Test feature, we may restrict or disable access to that feature.
Parents, guardians, or individuals who believe a user under 13 has created an account may contact us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy.
12. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
